By purchasing any product that is offered by a FFHTV vendor or FFHTV, you agree to the full responsibility and risks of the assembly, operation and use of the product(s) and you agree to waive our liability for any injury that may be caused as a result of the use and/or operation of the assembled product(s), or injury caused during the assembly of the product(s). Also prior to purchasing these products, you acknowledge reading and understanding the products description in its entirety while having the option of exercising your right to ask questions prior to any purchase.
